Those Burning Questions Answered That You Always Wanted to Know, LOL....
Saw this over on Loribeth's blog The Road Less Travelled and thought I would answer them:
Longest you’ve ever gone without a shower.
When I was so sick with the stomach bug in my early 20's...it was so bad I wasn't able to stand up without getting really dizzy and vomiting for almost 2 days!
Tell us about a recent disappointment.
I am thinking that this is my recent disappointment even though it is not confirmed yet. I was hoping to write a good news post about it - I went last week to interview for a new job at another school and the interview went really well (in my eyes) and they said things like "so far you are the best candidate with the most skill set for this position we have seen" and then proceed to say they are looking to hire fairly quickly and that they would call me last Friday or this past Monday for a second interview...so far nothing and the job posting has been removed. So, I am guessing I am out of the running. Yeah, it is very disappointing because I had a really good feeling about the people and the school and was looking forward to a second interview to "seal" my thoughts about the whole thing. I guess, God has another plan in mind.
Tell us the person you’d most like in the car with you for a road trip.
I should say hubs for the fact we do road trips together often, but deep in my heart it would be my sister...we have such great conversation in the car.
Which do you like better: goats or sheep?
Sheep and we are actually heading up to Vermont this weekend to stay on a farm that has them. I just think they are so cutie and soft.
Do you like to watch scary movies?
Noope. The last scary movie I watched was the one with Freddy Cruger in it back when I was a teenager and it gave me nightmares for weeks...never again!
What do you call yourself when you’re talking to yourself inside your head?
If I am mad at myself for doing something I should have known better - stupid!
Name someone from your kindergarten class that you wonder about to this day.
Her name is Dina and she became one of my best friends all through grammar school - we had a bunch of homeroom classes together. We ate dinners over each other's houses, played hopscotch and rode our bikes together, had sleepovers at each other houses, went to birthday parties together. Even when she moved further away (her Mom remarried), we still hung out together. I have tried to find her on Facebook but nothing. I would really like to know how her life turned out.
What is the best song for picking up your mood?
Anything by Luke Bryan (I absolutely love all his songs and he isn't bad to look at either - eye candy, LOL!)
How do you organize your socks?
In a drawer with the pairs fold together but just thrown in there.
When no one is home, do you close the bathroom door?
Sometimes, due to the fact one of our cats loves to follow me in there!
