The Wait is Over...We Got It!

Just heard back from the realtor...the landlord accepted...woo hoo.  Now, we just need to sign the lease and give the deposit (E will be doing this over the weekend while I am away) for a move-in date of June 1st.  Boy, the next couple of weeks are going to be very busy, not even counting the 3 Thirty-One parties scheduled for 3 of the weekends in May...OMG!  One good thing is I will have time over my upcoming vacation (when I am just relaxing) to get a list of "to do's" in order.
