So Frustrated...
Update on appt...the diagnosis is called patella pain...it is the wearing of cartiledge behind the kneecap. Given anti-inflammatory meds, told to take it easy for 2 weeks and then begin specific exercise. My sister has had the exact same diagnosis and when I told him that, he said it is genetic and I have had it since HS days - happens to females and the way their bodies develop. Now that I think about it, I did have on and off knee pain then, but not as bad as this and I just thought it was growing pains, LOL.
My knee pain is worse, so I made an appt with an orthopedic doctor tomorrow afternoon. Also I am so disgusted with my non weight
loss over the past few months that I had stopped watching
What I was eating and wasn't tracking on Fitnesspal.com for about
two weeks. I got on the scale tonight and I have gained 4 pounds!
Now I am extremely frustrated because now I have even more weight
to lose than before. I feel so angry at my body right now. I am
praying that this knee pain will heal quickly because I need to
get back on exercising and watching what I eat again (which I will
be starting as of tomorrow. I have to figure out a way to make
sure I eat enough where I don't come home from work so hungry
Because that makes me eat anything and fast. Also no more eating
a snack with my hot cup of tea between 8-9 pm. That was becoming
a very easy habit to fall into and no more pieces of chocolate
from the candy jar at work either. I have to fight the urges,
damit! Back to MyFitnessPal.com tomorrow.
P.S. I should have never weighed myself this late in the evening either...UGH!
